People who are 'unfit' for society are sent beyond a wall in Texas to rot with others like them. Boring and trite propaganda. The doomsday setup isn't convincing: why is there electricity, why is there a drug dealer with a palace? Why are there cannibals? Nothing makes sense. Don't throw away 2 hours of your life on this. Talk to your dog, pet your family instead. But please don't watch this.
