By using tvtrove.com (“the site”) you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes one person’s opinions about movies and TV shows.
What the site is
The site is a personal collection of reviews, ratings, feature tags and lists written by Luis Fominaya. Everything on it is opinion, published for entertainment purposes only. A rating is a statement of what I thought, not a fact about a film’s quality, and not advice. Whether you watch something is your call.
Accuracy
Reviews are written from memory, sometimes long after watching, and are edited over time. Posters, release years, runtimes and synopses come from The Movie Database (TMDB) and may be attached to the wrong title by mistake; streaming availability comes from JustWatch via TMDB and can be out of date or incomplete. I make no promise that anything on the site is accurate, complete or current. If you spot an error, tell me and I will fix it.
Intellectual property
The review texts, ratings, feature vocabulary and lists are © Luis Fominaya. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Do not republish the collection wholesale or present it as your own.
Film and show titles, posters, artwork, synopses and provider logos belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification and commentary. TMDB data is used under the TMDB API terms; this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. JustWatch data is provided through TMDB and attributed accordingly.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to interfere with its hosting, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Read the data file if you want the data; that is what it is there for.

Links to IMDb, TMDB, JustWatch and any other third-party site are provided for convenience. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it, including a wasted evening.

Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top says when. They are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live.
