Logan's Run
A future dystopia where people are 'renewed' (murdered) at the age of 30. Like the typical dystopia, the main character breaks off his routine and goes on a quest. The setting is bad, the acting is worse (when extras die they jump and a generic death scream plays.) There's about half an hour of filler (the movie should not have lasted more than 1h20min.) But the worst part is how it's resolved: a computer questions the main character, and because his answers `don't compute,' the whole city blows up. Come on!

What it's about
In the 23rd century, inhabitants of a domed city freely experience all of life's pleasures — but no one is allowed to live past 30. Citizens can try for a chance at being "renewed" in a civic ceremony on their 30th birthday. Escape is the only other option.
