Instead of having a plot like the previous 'Department Q' movies, the producers decided to go full propaganda on this one. The plot is boring and predictable with the most obvious characters being the killers for the most obvious reasons. The bulk of the movie is a conspiracy by the evil Danish government to purify the white race by sterilizing 'inferior' muslim women.
