A crime movie about a motorcycle patrolman who wants to be a cop and ends up helping in a murder investigation. The movie has poor direction in the form of waste-of-time scenes and closeups that make no sense; there's a lot of incomprehensible filler crap; the plot takes too long to start, and when it does, it's just a extremely uninteresting crime plot. Not recommended.
