Shows that fall off after 1 season

The first season is like a very long roadmovie with very little plot and many tangential short stories. There's filler and increasingly strong whiffs of propaganda since the first season, but at least there's some story. The second season removes the little plot there was in the first to replace it with Lynchean unexplained nonsense and plain, unadulterated propaganda. There are scenes that completely break the plot, like when incarnate gods are at a diner surrounded by gunmen and dying to gunfire but their enemies just decide to stop shooting because otherwise the show would end right then and there.

A thriller drama that has its good moments but also very slow ones, specially season 1 episode 9. Overall the story is fresh in season 1, but then completely crashes in season 2 into degenerate, boring, unbelievable crap where nothing happens in nine long episode.

(Only Season 1, completely falls off in season 2) A realistic crime show with characters that behave like humans and not Hollywood mannequins. The cast is not made of supermodels who are always shaved and with perfect hair. The main investigators make mistakes and are not exaggerated geniuses ala the new interpretations of Sherlock Holmes. It's a show that deceives and introduces you to a town you grow used to, instead of some cops whose lives are exclusively devoted to solving crimes.

A cop drama about a forensic pathologist that solves cases while he tries to cover for a corpse he buried himself. Post season 1 it quickly falls off and degenerates.

A sitcom about nerds with a disagreeable bossy turboautist as the lead. It's good while it's about the group of nerds, then all of them get a girlfriend and it becomes a couples show. Sheldor can get annoying beyond comedy at times.

(Only Season 1) Adult animation absurd comedy that has a decent first season and then completely falls off and drifts into pointless unfunny gags. Abuses doing gags about current events so it ages like milk.

Superhero action show where the heroes are not all good, and one of them is a dangerous, uncontrollable psychopath. Season 1 starts well with a strong premise, but the show devolves into an unwatchable mess by season 2.
